Job summary

Pet Valu Ottawa is seeking a Store Manager to coach a team of Pet Experts and deliver world-class service to local pet families. You will guide nutrition and care solutions, participate in community outreach, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires leading a team, recruiting and training staff, and maintaining store standards while coordinating inventory and safety audits. This position is based at 3850 Cambrian Road Unit B2, Ottawa, ON.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer service and retail store management experience.
• Enthusiasm for learning & growth in pet care industry.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Reliable transportation to store.
