Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer service and retail store management experience.
• Strong customer service skills and enthusiasm for learning.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Customer/Community: ensure customer service standards; maintain courteous relationships with local community.
• Manage a team of employees including recruiting, scheduling, training and coaching.
• Adhere to operational standards and procedures at corporate level.
• Coordinate orders, inventory, store audits and minor repairs; handle paperwork.
• Drive store results within targets and KPIs.
• Perform other duties as required.
