Job summary

Pet Valu Canada Inc. Ajax is seeking a Store Manager to coach and develop the store team, delivering world class service and helping Pet Parents find the right nutrition for their pets.

You will lead by example, recruit and train staff, schedule shifts, supervise daily operations, and ensure inventory and safety standards are met. Wage: $22.50 per hour, about 28 hours per week, with weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer service and retail store management experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver world class service and meet store standards.
• Recruit, schedule, train, and coach staff daily.
• Oversee operations, inventory, and store safety audits.
• Coordinate orders and handle miscellaneous corporate paperwork.
