Job summary

Impact Recruitment is seeking a Personal Lines Team Lead to join a locally rooted brokerage in Canada. You will lead and coach a team of Personal Lines Service Brokers, drive workflow improvements, and promote a culture of collaboration and client-centric service.

You will monitor performance, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards during business hours. The role offers full-time hours and competitive compensation in the Canadian market.

Qualifications

• Alberta Insurance License Level 2 with at least 5 years' experience in an insurance brokerage environment.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Experience with Applied Systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Personal Lines Service Brokers, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to help team members excel and grow.
• Analyze and refine workflows to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Monitor service quality, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements.
• Support staffing decisions, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate training opportunities.
• Promote a culture of respect, transparency, and community within your team.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and local regulatory standards during standard business hours.
