Qualifications

• RIBO license is required to practice.
• Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines broker experience.
• Experience servicing and managing an assigned book of business.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines products, markets, and underwriting.
• Excellent communication and client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain an assigned Personal Lines book of business.
• Manage quotes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Review risk and underwriting details for optimal protection.
• Document actions in the system for records and E&O mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with binding authorities and RIBO regulations.
• Build trusted client relationships with personalized advice.
• Follow up on outstanding client activities and account matters.
• Stay current on products, markets, and opportunities.
• Assist clients through claims process with empathy.
