Job summary

BrokerLink in Ontario seeks a Personal Insurance Advisor to join the Spriggs Insurance team on a permanent full-time basis, working from Georgetown or Oakville offices. You will service ongoing client needs, advise on insurance matters, assess options, and renewals.

You will sell new policies, quote, contact underwriters, prepare applications, and stay current on underwriting rules while contributing to community marketing and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience preferred.
• RIBO License is an asset.
• Exposure to Epic is an asset.
• Strong customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service ongoing client needs, advise on insurance matters, assess needs, recommend solutions, answer inquiries, conduct renewals.
• Sell new policies/write new business to existing or new clients, retain existing book of business.
• Quote new business through outbound call initiatives, prepare documentation for insurers, issue insurance certificates, process changes.
