You will build lasting relationships, guide policy options, and manage documentation while expanding your expertise in personal lines and staying connected with industry changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Personal Lines experience.
• RIBO license is required; CAIB or CIP are a plus.
• Experience with Compu-Quote and various insurance portals.
• Experience with Epic is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solid client relationships.
• Assist building the book of business through new sales.
• Handle incoming customer service calls.
• Retain clear and concise documentation and records.
• Continuously expand knowledge of the insurance industry.
