Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience as a Personal Lines Broker.
• Alberta Level 2 license.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing high-net-worth or VIP client accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle complex policies and adapt to specialized client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support an existing high-net-worth client book, including renewals, policy modifications, and client reviews
• Provide personalized service to VIP clients, addressing their coverage needs with tailored solutions
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the high-net-worth client segment
• Ensure compliance with appraisal requirements, educational initiatives, and event participation
• Process policy changes efficiently and maintain accurate client records

Compensation
