Job summary

Mitch Insurance is expanding its Personal Lines Client Care team to deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships. As an Account Manager, you will guide existing clients, handle policy changes, renewals, and billing questions with a focus on retention and value, while up-selling where appropriate.

You can work from anywhere across Canada in a flexible environment, using your RIBO licence and insurance knowledge to provide trusted advice and convenient solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Two+ years as Account Manager or CSR at an insurance brokerage.
• Deep knowledge of Personal Lines products.
• RIBO licence.
• Ability to work from anywhere across Canada.
• Customer-focused and solutions-oriented.

What you'll do

Working as part of our Personal Lines Client Care team, your passion for providing top-notch customer service will shine as you support our existing clients with guidance and expertise that helps to strengthen overall retention. You know that every client interaction is an opportunity to better meet their needs. Yes, this means up-selling, but not in a pushy way. More in a "how else can I help you today?" way. you'll work with clients through multiple channels to answer questions, make policy changes, review renewals, cross-sell, update files, assist with billing changes, and complete other service requests. you'll be their go-to insurance expert, providing professional advice to ensure they have the protection they need.

Your qualifications

You've worked as an Account Manager or CSR at an insurance brokerage for two or more years and have deep knowledge of Personal Lines products. You also have your RIBO licence.
