RDA Insurance in Vaughan seeks a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Account Manager with 3+ years of license-backed experience. The role emphasizes strong client service, relationship building, and efficient policy management using EPIC and carrier portals.

Active RIBO or OTL license with willingness to convert to RIBO is required, along with a university degree or college diploma. CAIB/CPIB/CIP designation (or progress) would be nice to have.

About the Company

We are a large brokerage located in Vaughan, and we are currently looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Personal Lines Account Manager to grow with our team.

About the Role

If you have a minimum of 3+ years experience as a Licensed Account Manager / CSR, RIBO or OTL licensed for at least 3 years+ and have a desire to continue their insurance career in a highly energetic and positive environment.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate must have strong work ethic and organization skills, be a team player have ability to work in a fast-paced insurance brokerage.
• Above average service and computer skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• EPIC Broker Management System, Applied Rating services and the company portals would be an asset.

Qualifications

• RIBO license (active)
• OTL License (willing to convert to RIBO)
• University Degree or College Diploma
• CAIB, CPIB or CIP designation (or working toward it) would be nice to have

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in Personal Lines while holding a RIBO license or OTL license
• Outstanding relationship building and client service
• Proficient in EPIC, various insurance company portals and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, time management, prioritizing
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication.
