Job summary

StoneRidge Insurance Brokers seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to service and grow a personal lines portfolio in an in-office setting at our St. Catharines location.

You will handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and A/R while advising clients on coverage and supporting claims inquiries. The role requires a RIBO license, 3+ years of insurance experience, strong communication and organization skills, and proficiency with MS Office and broker systems.

Qualifications

• Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as direct writer or from any brokerage
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems.
• CAIB, CIP or other insurance designations are assets.

Responsibilities

Job Type : In Office (5 Days), Full Time, Permanent

Work Location : 20 Corporate Park Drive, Unit 203, St. Catharines, ON, L2S 3W2, Canada

Pay : From $48,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
