Causeway Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to deliver top-tier client experiences, cultivate relationships, and maintain organized records. This in-office role supports a growing personal lines portfolio and requires a valid provincial license and strong communication skills.

The position offers mentorship, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off. Thunder Bay location with a five-day work week is included, along with opportunities for professional development and ongoing

Qualifications

• RIBO license (Level 1) required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of insurance experience as direct writer or with a brokerage is an asset.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Position:Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Type:In Office (5 Days), Full Time, Permanent

Work Location: 611 Squier Street, Unit D, Thunder Bay, ON

Pay:From $48,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
• Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable
• Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues

What You Bring:

• Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required
• Minimum 1-2 years of insurance experience as direct writer or from any brokage company is an asset.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems
• CAIB, CIP, other insurance related designations are an asset
