Drayden Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive to join our Stony Plain, AB branch. You will generate new personal lines clients, quote auto and property insurance, and tailor coverage to client needs while delivering an exceptional first interaction with Drayden Insurance.

Qualifications

• Proactively seek out new personal insurance clients through referrals, networking and community engagement.
• Respond to incoming requests for insurance quotes for automobile and property insurance and process new policies accurately and completely.
• Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients.
• Generate client referrals through community involvement and events.
• Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers.
• Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans.

As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you are responsible for generating new personal lines clients through pre-qualifying prospects based on company guidelines, initiating client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions. This role focuses on identifying client needs, recommending appropriate coverage, and providing clients with an exceptional initial first interaction with Drayden Insurance.

What You Will Do -

What You Bring to the Team –

• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of General License Level 2, or willingness to obtain prior to employment or completion of General License Level 1 combined with industry experience
• 2 – 3 Years’ experience in personal lines insurance is required. A combination of previous insurance and sales experience will be considered.
