Job summary

Drayden Insurance Ltd. in Ft. Saskatchewan, AB, is seeking an IBU Coordinator to grow our small business client base through focused customer service, account development and new business opportunities.

You will assist clients with their daily insurance needs, provide quotes and sell new policies, and upsell products to both new and existing clients. Join a team that emphasizes client experience and growth, with competitive base salary plus commissions and bonuses, a company matching RSP

Qualifications

• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Completion of General License Level 1, or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
• 2+ years of industry experience.
• Experience using EPIC broker management system.
• Ability to deliver an outstanding client experience using expert knowledge and sales skills.
• Drive and motivation for personal growth.
• Interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology.
• Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients.
• Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients.
• Generate client referrals through community involvement and events.
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters.
• Make timely renewal calls for existing client business.
• Meet sales and service goals.
• Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers.
• Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans.
