Job summary

StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who thrives on delivering top-tier client experiences, cultivating relationships, and keeping every detail organized. You’ll grow a personal lines portfolio and support policy and claims inquiries.

This in-office role requires a provincial license (Level 1 or RIBO), a minimum of 3 years of insurance experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as direct writer or from any brokerage company is an asset.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems.
• CAIB, CIP, other insurance related designations are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
• Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable
• Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues

Work Location : 325 Washmill Lake Dr, Halifax NS B3S 0J7

Pay : Starting from $48,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
