Drayden Insurance Ltd. in Ft. Saskatchewan, AB is seeking an IBU Coordinator to grow our small business client base through focused customer service, account development and new sales opportunities.

You will assist clients with daily insurance needs, provide quotes, upsell products, follow up on accounts, and renewals while building relationships with providers and staying current on product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• General License Level 1 or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
• 2+ years of industry experience.
• Experience using EPIC broker management system.
• Ability to deliver an outstanding client experience using sales skills.
• Drive and motivation for personal growth.
• Interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily insurance needs in person or via technology.
• Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients.
• Upsell products and services to new and existing clients.
• Generate client referrals through community involvement.
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters.
• Make timely renewal calls for existing client business.
• Resolve client concerns and develop existing client accounts.
• Meet sales and service goals and stay updated on product knowledge.

As an IBU Coordinator, you are responsible for growing our organizations small business client base through focused customer service, account development and new business opportunities.

What You Will Do -
