Job summary

Hello World Recruitment is seeking a Personal Lines CSR for a family-owned independent brokerage in Markham. The role requires 3+ years brokerage experience and a RIBO license, with a focus on servicing clients, supporting producers, and building lasting relationships.

The position offers a true hybrid model (2 days WFH after training) and a salary of $60-65K CAD plus commissions on referrals (40% NB, 25% renewals). Local to GTA is required.

• RIBO licensed.
• Local to Markham/GTA for hybrid attendance.
• PowerBroker experience preferred (but training available).
• Candidate should think like an advisor, not just complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle policy changes and client inquiries with confidence.
• Support producers with servicing tasks (no cold calling!).
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive service.
• Ask the right questions to truly help clients.
• Work with major carriers using modern systems.
