Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Manage full carriage of plaintiff\'s personal injury files from intake to trial.
• Lead case strategy, discovery, mediation, pre-trial, and trial execution.
• Collaborate with law clerks / paralegals to move files forward weekly.
• Achieve fair and timely settlements with a strong focus on results.
• Participate in continuous learning: legal updates, case law, conferences.
• Engage closely with fellow lawyers and firm owners on litigation strategy.
• The ideal candidate should be bilingual.
