You will educate customers on digital banking, participate in daily operations, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience. Training begins locally with mobility within the assigned district.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent, with preferred post-secondary education.
• Progress toward IFC certification within 90 days of start date.
• Solid customer service and banking knowledge to advise clients.

• Guide customers to the right staff for solutions and maintain confidentiality.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile/online).
