Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to the right contact for solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions; report issues to management.
• Promote improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
