Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC certification within 90 days of start date.
• Post-secondary degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, branch software and internet.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
• Self-starter who works independently with strong administration and time management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution related to banking solutions.
• Understand customer needs and guide them to the right contact person while handling confidential matters.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking to build confidence in digital trends.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions; report non-standard matters to management.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.
• Complete business processes accurately and in compliance with regulations and TD's Code of Conduct.
• Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal performance development.

Education

High School diploma

Post-Secondary degree

IFC certification within 90 days
