Job summary

TD is seeking a Personal Banking Associate to join our branch team in Canada. The role focuses on delivering customer-centric banking solutions, guiding clients to appropriate staff for complex needs, and promoting digital banking tools.

You will engage customers in daily advice, transactions, and education while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements. A high level of professionalism and strong communication are essential for success in this client-facing role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent – to be completed within 90 days of start date.
• Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and customer problem resolution related to banking solutions.
• Understand customer needs and guide customers to the right contact person for appropriate solutions.
• Build customer confidence in digital banking by educating on mobile, ATM, and online banking.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard matters to management.
• Recommend improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
