You will assist with transactions, educate clients on mobile and online banking, and support branch operations while ensuring compliance with TD policies and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC licensing required within 90 days of start date.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions to advise customers.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and issue resolution related to banking solutions.
• Guide customers to the right contact for appropriate solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard issues to management.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience and achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with TD's regulations and Code of Conduct.
