Job summary

TD is seeking a Personal Banking Associate to guide customers to the right staff for financial queries, new accounts, investments, and banking solutions. You will build confidence in digital banking and support frontline staff with transactions while upholding regulatory requirements.

You will engage customers, educate them on online and mobile banking, and contribute to a positive, compliant branch environment with strong communication skills and independent work habits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
• Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, branch software and internet.
• Knowledge of banking solutions to advise customers.
• Self-starter who works independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communicator capable of writing and speaking with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution.
• Guide customers to the right contact for solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking to build trust in digital trends.
• Support frontline staff with transactions and report non-standard issues to management.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
• Complete business processes accurately and on time.
