Job summary

TD Bank Group in Niagara Falls, Ontario, is seeking a Personal Banking Associate to deliver frontline customer service, open new accounts, and refer clients to the appropriate TD partners for solutions. You will be the face of the branch, helping clients with banking needs and promoting TD products.

You will handle day-to-day transactions, educate customers about digital banking, and support branch operations while maintaining TD's rules and ethics.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience or strong service orientation.
• Ability to understand customer needs and advise on banking solutions.
• Familiarity with digital banking trends and education to customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs and service transactions.
• Guide customers to the right contact person for appropriate solutions.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM and online banking features.
