Qualifikationen

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers
• A self-starter who works independently in a dynamic work environment with strong administration and time management
• A strong communicator with customer experience skills

Aufgaben

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education and problem resolution related to banking solutions
• Understand customer needs and guide to the right contact for solutions while handling confidential matters
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking to build confidence in digital banking
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard matters
• Recommend improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience and achieve excellence
• Participate in timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures
• Ensure documentation reflects business intentions and complies with TD's Conduct and Ethics
