Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate for our Repentigny, Quebec branch to help customers with new accounts, investment guidance, and banking solutions, directing them to the right team members as needed.

You will engage customers in daily advisory needs, promote digital banking, and support frontline staff with routine transactions while upholding TD's standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent certification within 90 days of start date.
• Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and branch software.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs and transactions.
• Guide customers to the right contact person for solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Promote digital banking and TD products to meet customer needs.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and resolve issues.
• Ensure documents are accurate and compliant with regulations and TD's Code of Conduct.
