Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate at our Chambly, Quebec branch. You will engage customers in daily advisory needs, guide them to the appropriate staff for banking solutions, and promote TD services to enhance the customer experience.

You will educate customers on TD's digital platforms and support frontline staff with transactions while maintaining confidentiality and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience.
• IFC certification within 90 days of start date is required or will be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs and service transactions.
• Guide customers to the right staff for banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Educate customers on digital banking (mobile, ATM, online).
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and resolve issues.
• Promote TD products and services to meet customer needs and branch goals.
