Responsibilities

• Engage customers with day-to-day advice needs and banking transactions.
• Guide customers to the right staff for solutions and referrals.
• Educate customers on digital banking (mobile, ATM, online).
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions; report issues.
