Job summary

TD Canada Trust in Chambly is seeking a Personal Banking Associate to guide customers through banking needs, including new accounts and investment assistance. You will engage clients with day-to-day transactions and promote TD solutions, while educating them on digital banking tools and services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience in banking or IFC context.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), branch software and internet.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
• Self-starter who works independently in a dynamic environment with strong admin, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Strong communicator with customer experience skills and professional writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and customer problem resolution related to banking solutions.
• Understand customer needs and guide customers to the right contact for appropriate solutions while handling confidential matters with discretion.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking to build confidence in digital tools.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions; resolve issues and report non-standard matters to management.
• Suggest improvements to work practices and branch operations to enhance customer experience and achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
