Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset.
Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.
Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.
Sound knowledge of investing and credit processes and banking solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
Trainee Mobility clause requires geographic relocation within assigned region.

Responsibilities

Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from investment and credit banking options.
Ask thoughtful questions to understand needs and create positive customer experiences.
Provide personalized financial advice, answer questions, and maintain confidentiality.
Serve as a point of contact for frontline staff to handle customer problems.
Maintain professional space in common areas per guidelines.
Discuss portfolio updates and suggest personalized solutions based on goals.
Stay informed on regulations and industry codes of conduct; participate in improvements.
Aim to meet service level agreements and productivity targets.
