TD Canada Trust is seeking a Customer Service focused professional in Richmond Hill, Ontario, to support frontline banking transactions, advise customers on products, and promote TD services within a dynamic branch environment. Position includes a mobility clause within the assigned district, with potential geographic relocation after training.

Licensing requirements (IFC) must be met within 90 days; strong MS Office and banking knowledge are assets.

Formación

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC certification or equivalent – within 90 days of start date.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, branch software and internet.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
• Self-starter who works independently with strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Dynamic, diligent, and effective influencer with can-do attitude to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Strong communicator with customer experience skills, able to connect with customers and teams verbally and in writing.
