Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Post-secondary or undergraduate degree is an asset.
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired.
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level financial solutions and advice to promote loyalty and investment returns.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and refer to appropriate TD teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling financial reviews and questions.
• Serve as a point of contact for frontline staff in customer issue resolution.
• Stay informed about regulations and contribute to process improvements.
