Qualifications

• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from investment and credit banking options.
• Engage with customers by asking thoughtful questions to create positive experiences.
• Provide personalized financial advice to increase customer confidence and loyalty.
• Serve as the frontline contact for staff handling customer issues.
• Maintain professional conduct in common areas per guidelines.
• Conduct financial reviews with existing and prospective customers; discuss portfolio updates.
• Stay informed on regulations and industry codes; suggest process improvements.
• Aim to meet service level agreements and productivity targets.
• Prepare documents aligned with regulations and business intent.
• Collaborate as a team member and support colleagues to complete tasks.
