Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or asset.
• Post-secondary/undergraduate degree is an asset.
• IFIC or equivalent certification preferred.
• CFSA to be completed within 12 months if hired.
• Real estate secured lending or investment experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from investment and credit banking options.
• Ask thoughtful questions and engage customers to create positive experiences.
• Provide personalized financial advice to increase customer confidence and loyalty.
• Act as front-line contact for staff, handling customer issues with confidentiality.
• Maintain professional spaces per guidelines and participate in process improvements.
• Stay updated on regulations and industry codes of conduct.
