Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma plus IFIC/CFSA training; a post-secondary degree is an asset. Mobility within assigned districts is included, with TD’s development and onboarding support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset.
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience is an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking options.
• Engage with customers to create positive experiences and deepen relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice and address customer questions and concerns.
• Serve as a point of contact for frontline staff to handle customer problems.
• Maintain professional conduct and space in accordance with guidelines.
• Discuss portfolio updates and provide personalized solutions based on financial goals.
• Stay knowledgeable about regulations and participate in process improvements.
