Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from available investment and credit banking options.
• Engage with customers to create positive experiences and deepen relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice and address questions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems.
• Maintain a professional workspace in line with marketing and regulatory guidelines.
• Meet with customers to discuss portfolio updates and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay informed about evolving regulations and industry codes of conduct.
• Aim to achieve service level agreements and productivity targets.
• Prepare documents that reflect business intentions and comply with regulations.
• Collaborate as a team and mentor others in completing work activities.
