Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a B2B and growing-brand client roster. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmap, and narrative when clients inquire why decisions are made.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with responsibility for ROAS, CPA, and pipeline growth, while maintaining a strategic voice on the client calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up and trust GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels for attribution.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and report on results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
