Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will dictate targeting, budgets, and narrative when clients ask why, serving as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, and craft a 90-day roadmap with clear storytelling on performance during client calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements you can walk us through.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media strategy and execution for assigned accounts.
• Manage budgets, bids, targeting, testing and optimization.
• Set conversion tracking & attribution using GA4, GTM, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth, retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
