Blacksmith Agency is a remote AI-first digital agency specializing in performance marketing. As a Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients, shaping targeting, budgets, roadmaps and narrative in client conversations.

You will set the 90-day and quarterly plans, drive account growth, and lead the conversation on results. You collaborate with US clients on live calls in English, bringing agency experience across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
