Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and narrative in client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

With 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, you have a proven ROAS/CPA track record, agency experience across multiple clients, and clear English for live US client conversations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause/kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
