Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, budgets, and narratives when clients ask why decisions were made, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and own the 90-day roadmap for each client while communicating the story behind the numbers on calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Fluent English for US clients and calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; decide when to pause/kill campaigns.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
