Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative when clients ask why.

You will be the strategic voice at the table, making the calls to move ROAS, CPA and pipeline metrics while maintaining strong client relationships across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built, run, and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline growth with client cases.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and testing.
• Set up reliable conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
