Job summary

Winpak is seeking a Manager, Performance & Compensation to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the CHRO, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management and compensation frameworks.

You will ensure processes recognize performance outcomes and align with pay-for-performance principles. This role will help shape enterprise-wide programs to support accountability, employee engagement, and business performance, while guiding leaders through

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in HR, business, finance, IR, or related field.
• 5+ years in performance management, compensation, rewards, HR analytics, or design of HR programs.
• Experience with compensation principles, job evaluation, benchmarking, salary structures, performance management, pay-for-performance.
• Experience designing sales incentive programs.
• Advanced analytics using Excel and HR systems.
• Hands-on data modeling skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with HR and business leaders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the performance management framework across the organization.
• Establish timelines, tools, training materials, communications, and leadership guidance for consistent execution.
• Lead the annual compensation review process and provide recommendations for leadership review.
• Conduct market compensation analysis, job matching, salary benchmarking, and geographic reviews.
• Provide guidance on compensation policy interpretation and equitable application of frameworks.
