Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead high-impact compensation programs, including short-term incentives, job evaluations and compliance. This role partners with HR and leadership to ensure competitive and equitable pay across the organization and will mentor Compensation Analyst team members.

The role collaborates with Global Remuneration networks and supports merit planning, system testing and training as part of a comprehensive compensation strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required
• 5+ years of compensation experience
• 3+ years of HR experience within manufacturing preferred
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) desirable
• Experience with Workday System a definite plus
• Experience with Hay compensation methodology desirable
• Regular attendance
• Frequent interaction with others

Responsibilities

• Design and implement annual incentive programs for sales and non-sales to attract and retain top talent.
• Administer short-term incentive programs including payout processes and communications.
• Leverage compensation analytics and benchmarking data to inform strategy.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and present information to diverse audiences.
• Lead Pay-for-Skill program implementation at applicable sites.
• Support merit planning with communications, training, and system testing.
• Evaluate jobs using Hay Job Evaluation for grade and FLSA status; advise managers.
• Conduct annual hourly compensation benchmarking with AFNA plant locations.
