Job summary

eTeam, Montreal, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to be a strategic partner across HR and IT. You will own end-to-end support, maintenance, and enhancement of our HR technology ecosystem, including PeopleSoft HCM and in-house apps, ensuring high-quality data for decisions.

You will drive digital transformation, automate workflows, manage data integrations, and align regional practices with global standards, while delivering governance and compliance across HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HRIS experience
• Strong problem-solving and software lifecycle testing
• Experience with HRIS systems (PeopleSoft HCM preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical users
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in developing and troubleshooting PeopleSoft Queries
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a multicultural team

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS initiatives across HR and IT with global alignment
• Contribute to SDLC, requirements, design, implementation and UAT
• Manage HRIS data integrity, reconciliations, and governance
• Coordinate system changes, backlog, and stakeholder communication
• Oversee administration of HR Java-based applications and data audits
