Job summary

Maarut is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft HCM specialist to support the OPS WIN system in Toronto. You will work with project teams to analyze HR processes, design and implement systems, and advise on best practices for payroll, absence management, and benefits administration.

Strong communication and project-management skills are essential. Experience with PS Tools, Fluid UI, and related upgrades is highly valued, as is prior Public Sector exposure.

Qualifications

• Peoplesoft HCM experience required.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM business systems with PS Tools upgrade and Fluid, Classic.
• Ability to design, develop, test and implement HR, Absence Management, Time Labour, Payroll and Benefit Administration solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to discuss requirements with clients and document outcomes.
• Knowledge of project management methods and change management for enterprise HCM changes.

Responsibilities

• Work with project teams to develop business systems and applications to meet business needs and priorities.
• Analyze business needs in relation to HR programs and service delivery requirements.
• Provide clients with business systems consulting expertise on the use of information technology, such as PeopleSoft, to meet goals.
• Recommend systems development solutions and configurations that meet clients' needs.
• Provide technical expertise and advice in complex systems analysis and design.
• Provide leadership in coordinating and developing production support procedures.
• Provide support to current production operational needs.
