Job summary

Lotus IT Solutions is seeking a PeopleSoft Senior Systems Analyst to support the WIN system for the Ontario Public Service. The role focuses on senior analysis, design, and implementation across HR and payroll processes, including the Fluid interface transition and onboarding workflows.

This onsite Toronto assignment targets experienced professionals who can guide complex ERP changes. The candidate will lead HR/payroll digitization efforts, support production operations across HR modules, and

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM, including design principles.
• Experience with PUM upgrades, PeopleTools upgrades, Fluid and Classic+ interface development.
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, and implement PeopleSoft solutions across the full SDLC.
• Experience with HR, Absence Management, Time and Labour, Payroll, and Benefit Administration modules.
• Ability to translate client business processes into effective IT solutions.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop HR/payroll systems aligned with business needs.
• Analyze requirements in relation to HR programs and service delivery objectives.
• Provide expert PeopleSoft consulting to clients on IT solutions.
• Recommend systems development options that meet client needs.
• Lead complex analysis and design activities with technical guidance.
• Support digitization of HR/payroll processes including onboarding and benefits enrollment.
• Enhance self-service capabilities within the WIN system.
• Lead transitions from Classic+ to Fluid interface.
• Coordinate production support procedures and ongoing operations.
