Job summary

Ontario Public Service (WIN) operates the WIN system based on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 for HR, payroll, benefits and absence management. The role collaborates with project teams to analyze HR programs, advise on PeopleSoft capabilities, and drive system changes across HR modules including Absence Management, Time Labour, Payroll and Benefit Administration.

Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and related upgrades (PUM, PS Tools) and Fluid interfaces.
• Ability to design, develop, test and implement business solutions across HR modules (Absence, Time Labour, Payroll, Benefits).
• Experience evaluating PeopleSoft ERP options and recommending systems changes.
• Ability to understand clients' business processes and translate them into IT solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to document requirements and present to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies to lead enterprise HCM change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with project teams to develop business systems and applications to meet business needs and priorities.
• Analyze business needs in relation to HR clients’ programs and service delivery requirements.
• Provide clients with business systems consulting expertise on the use of information technology, such as PeopleSoft, to meet goals.
• Recommend systems development solutions and configurations that meet clients’ needs.
• Provide technical expertise in complex systems analysis and design.
• Provide leadership in coordinating production support procedures.
• Provide support to current production operational needs.
