Job summary

Motion is seeking a People Operations Specialist to develop and implement programs shaping organizational culture, improve processes, and ensure compliance with laws. You will support performance management, compensation, health & safety, and recognition while partnering with colleagues and healthcare providers to enhance client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience in a multi-site organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; HRIS experience is an asset.
• CHRP designation is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver people programs, training, and reporting to enhance team leadership and development.
• Analyze data, summarize results, and prepare reports to drive organizational objectives.
• Design and maintain base pay structures, participate in compensation surveys, and manage merit/review cycles.
